双葛解酲丸对酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探讨双葛解酲丸对酒精性脂肪肝模型的作用效果及其机理。方法将65只SD大鼠随机分为酒精性脂肪肝模型组(54只)和正常组(11只),前者给予白酒灌胃。8周后,将50只酒精性脂肪肝模型组随机分为模型对照组、双葛解酲丸低剂量组、中剂量、高剂量组和海王金樽组。治疗4周后处死所有大鼠,检测血清谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),丙二醛(MDA),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),游离脂肪酸(FFA)对肝脏进行病理切片组织学检查。结果双葛解酲丸治疗组大鼠血清MDA与FFA明显低于模型对照组与海王金樽治疗组(P<0.05),血清GSH-PX与SOD明显高于模型对照组与海王金樽治疗组(P<0.05)。结论双葛解酲丸能改善酒精性脂肪肝的相关症状,有一定的治疗作用。AIM To investigate the effects of Shuangge Jiecheng Pills on rats with alcoholic fatty liver.METHODS Fifty-four rats were randomly chosen,induced by liquor with intragastric administration.Alcoholic fatty liver disease models were developed.Other eleven rats were in the control group.Eight weeks later,four rats in the model group and one in the control group were killed to prove the model＇s success.Fifty rats were left and randomly divided into five groups（each with ten rats）： model group,Haiwang Jinzhun Tablets group and Shuangge Jiecheng Pills groups with high dose [20 g/（kg·d）],middle dose [10 g/（kg·d）] and low dose [5 g/（kg·d）].Four weeks later,all rats were killed.The pathological section histological examination on serum glutathione-peroxidase（GSH-PX）,malonaldehyde（MDA）,superoxide dismutase（SOD） and free fatty acid（FFA） were separately carried out.RESULTS Compared with the control group and Haiwang Jinzhun Tablets group,serum MDA and FFA were significantly lower in Shuangge Jiecheng Pills groups with three dosages（P0.05） and serum GSH-PX and SOD were higher in Shuangge Jiecheng Pills groups with three dosages（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Shuangge Jiecheng Pills have positive effects in curing alcoholic fatty liver disease through improvement of the lipid peroxidation of liver.
