东亚五味子的木脂素类化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究产自陕西秦岭的东亚五味子茎叶的木脂素类化学成分。方法丙酮提取,分别经石油醚、乙酸乙酯及正丁醇萃取,采用硅胶色谱和HPLC制备色谱分离、纯化化学成分,通过波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从产自陕西秦岭的东亚五味子茎叶中分离得到了8个木脂素化合物,分别鉴定为schizantherin B(1),tigloylgomisin P(2),gomisin G(3),gomisin M1(4),gomisin K3(5),epigomisin O(6),gomisin J(7),pre-gomisin(8)。结论以上化合物均为首次从东亚五味子中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical compounds in Schisandra elongata（BI.） Baill..METHODS Chemical compounds were isolated by solvent-extraction（petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol） together with column chromatography and their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis.RESULTS Eight lignans were obtained and identified as schisantherin B（1）,tigloylgomisin P（2）,gomisin G（3）,gomisin M1（4）,gomisin K3（5）,epigomisin O（6）,gomisin J（7）,pre-gomisin（8）.CONCLUSION Those compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
