摘 要:为满足混合动力汽车多能源功率传输的需求,提出了一种新型双凸极永磁型双转子电动机。在确定其结构尺寸的基础上,通过有限元分析法对电机的磁链、反电势以及电感等电磁性能进行了分析,并通过场路耦合法建立电机及其驱动控制系统的瞬态联合仿真模型,仿真结果表明该电机继承了双凸极永磁电动机优点,结构简单且具有较高的可靠性和功率密度,同时由于双转子的存在,能实现不同工况下的内、外电机能量流的合成与分配,验证了该电机在混合动力系统中的可行性,也为研究该类电机的系统控制策略提供理论基础。To meet the requirements of the energy power transmission of the hybrid car, a new type of the doubly salient permanent magnet double-rotor motor was proposed and its structure and size were appointed. In this paper, its static char- acteristics just as flux, EMF and inductance were analyzed through the finite element analysis method, and a co-simulation model of its driving control system was developed based on the field-circuit coupled method. The simulation results prove that the motor has inherited the advantages of the DSPM motor, and has high reliability and high power density. Meanwhile, the existence of the double rotor can realize the synthesis and distribution of the motor' s energy flow under the different working conditions. This paper also proves the motor' s feasibility in the hybrid system, and provides a theory basis of stud- ying its control strategy.
