摘　　要：为验证区域金融发展和政府能力对区域经济增长的联合影响,并以此作为划分政府职能与市场职能不同分界线的依据,根据收集到的河南省2004-2010年的面板数据进行不同方法下的回归分析。结果表明在经济发展的不同水平条件下,区域金融发展和区域政府能力的增强对区域经济增长所起作用不同,区域金融发展与地方政府相互影响抑制了区域经济增长。In order to validate the joint influence of regional financial development and government ability on regional economic growth , the paper adopts the joint influence as the evidence to divide government functions and market functions. Based on the panel data collected from Henan province in 2004 - 2010, the paper carries out different regression analysis. The results indicate as follows; under the different levels of economic development, the improvement of regional financial development and local government ability has different effects on regional economic growth; the negative interaction between regional financial development and local government constrains the regional economic growth.
