摘　　要：构建博弈模型,全面探索产学研合作适宜模式选择的关键因素。发现企业的创新能力、学研方的科研成果的效率高低及双方对合作的诚信态度直接影响产学研合作模式的选择。在此基础上,提出选择适宜合作模式、有效促进产学研合作成功的对策建议。The paper built a game model to explore the key factors for the choice of industry - university - research cooperation patterns. The results showed that enterprise innovation ability, the efficiency of scientific research production and the cooperation attitude directly influenced the choice of industry - university - research cooperation patterns. On this basis, the paper put forward some suggestions to choose the appropriate cooperation modes and to promote the success of the industry - university - research cooperation effectively.
