摘　　要：借鉴经济学和金融学的相关理论,引入科技金融规模、形成效率、使用效率,以及科技金融促进高新技术产业发展的效率等概念。构建科技金融与高新技术产业发展的关系模型,建立科技金融促进高新技术产业发展的评价指标和体系,以浙江嘉兴市为例作实证分析。Based on the relative theories of economics and finance, this paper introduces the concept of scale, forming effi- ciency, service efficiency of science - and - technology finance, and the efficiency of high - tech industry development due to science - and - technology finance. The paper then sets up the model of relations of science - and - technology finance and high - tech industry development, creates the evaluation indexes of efficiency of high - tech industry development due to science - and - technology finance, and finally uses the data from Jiaxing City of Zhejiang Province for empirical study.
