摘 要:以碳纳米管为载体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了新型MgO/CNTs固体碱催化剂,并以丙酮缩合制备二丙酮醇为探针反应,考察了催化剂的制备条件对催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明,催化剂的适宜制备条件为:硝酸镁和硬脂酸的摩尔比为1∶4,浸渍温度为110℃,陈化时间为20.0 h,焙烧温度为450.0℃,焙烧时间为3.0 h。使用该催化剂丙酮的转化率最高为3.96%,二丙酮醇的选择性为100%,所制备的催化剂具有较好的稳定性。A novel MgO/CNTs solid-base catalyst for catalytic distillation was prepared by the method of sol-gel. The aldol condensation performance of these catalysts were tested using acetone as the model reactant. The influence of some preparation parameters on this reaction was investigated. It was indicated that the suitable conditions for the preparation of the catalyst were as follows:the molar ratio of Mg ( NO3 ) 2 .6H2 0 to CH3 ( CH2 ) 16 COOH was 1:4, dipping temperature was 110 ℃, aging time was 20. 0 h, calcination temperature was 450 ℃, and calcination time was 3.0 h. Under the optimum preparation conditions,the conversion of acetone was 3.96% and the selectivity to diacetone alcohol was 100%.
