摘 要:对羟基苯甲酸(PHBA)和对羟基苯磺酸(PHSA)在辣根过氧化酶(HRP)/H2O2的引发下进行自由基共聚反应制备酚类共聚物〔poly(PHBA-co-PHSA)〕,考察了酚类单体配比和HRP用量对共聚物鞣制性能的影响,用FTIR、NMR、UV和GPC对酚类共聚物的分子结构进行了表征。结果表明,所得酚类共聚物具有较好的鞣制性能,鞣制后的皮革收缩温度(Ts)达到了78.6℃,复鞣皮革柔软丰满,与铬鞣剂配合使用可减少铬鞣剂用量60%左右,Ts达到了98.63℃。A phenol copolymer poly (PHBA-co-PHSA) was synthesized by radical copolymerization of p-hydroxybenzoic acid ( PHBA ) and p-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid ( PHSA ) using HRP/H202 as initiator. The effects of monomer ratio and HRP dosage on the tanning properties of phenol copolymer were investigated. The structure of phenol copolymer was characterized by means of FTIR, NMR, UV and GPC. The application results show that the phenol copolymer exhibited excellent tanning effect. The shrink temperature ( Ta ) of tanned leather can reach 78.6 ~C. In addition, the retanned leather is excellent in softness and fullness. The phenol copolymer in conjunction with chrome tannage showed better tanning results and the chrome tannage could be reduced by 60% and T could reach 98.63 ℃.
