摘　　要：双向转诊可以降低医疗成本,实现医疗资源的共享,而HL7(Health Level Seven)是医疗信息系统间进行数据交换的标准,为医疗信息的共享提供了解决办法。本文首先简要地介绍了双向转诊的业务流程,然后重点讨论双向转诊消息HL7 V3的实现,包括:双向转诊业务信息字段到HL7 V3模型的映射、HL7 V3模型的裁减、HL7 RIM类及双向转诊消息类构建、双向转诊V3消息的XML构造和解析。最后展示了生成的XML消息。Two-way referral can reduce healthcare costs and share medical resources. HL7 （Health Level Seven） is a standard for data exchange of medical information system that offers a solution for the sharing of medical information. This paper firstly describes the business process of the two-way referral, then focuses on the implementation of two-way referral HL7 V3 message, including the mapping from two-way referral information field to the HL7 V3 model, the reduction of the HL7 V3 original model, the construction of HL7 RIM class and two-way referral message class, the construction and parsing of two- way referral V3 message which expressed by XML and the XML message.
