摘　　要：目的对实验室信息系统(LIS)中自助取单模块和一卡通就诊系统联合使用效果进行评估。方法将LIS的自助取单模块和门诊一卡通就诊系统进行无缝连接,根据医院具体情况,优化报告发放流程。结果两系统的联合应用实现了门诊检验报告单的自助发放和多渠道发放,在提高工作效率,防止交叉污染,保护患者隐私及降低差错率等方面收到了很好的效果。结论两系统的联合应用对实验室科学化、规范化和人性化管理,有非常重要的意义,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of combination use between self-service module and passable card system. Methods To connect self-service module with passable card system seamlessly, afterwards, to optimize report issued process according to the actual conditions of the hospital. Results The combination use of two systems can realize self-help and multiple channel reports for outpatient service inspection report, which can do well in improving work efficiency, preventing cross pollution, protecting patients privacy and reducing errors. Conclusion The combination application of two systems has important significance in scientific, standardized, personized management of the laboratory and in improving medical service quality, and it deserves further applications.
