摘　　要：市民卡电子钱包与医院预充值流程的结合,可实现更为有效的门诊流程优化。此设计着眼于推动医院内部就诊流程的优化,积极促进医疗服务收费管理与医保、新农合结算管理制度改革。其应用价值体现医院为病人提供更为方便、快捷、优质的服务,对构建和谐的医患关系起到了积极的推动作用。The electronic purse of citizen card combined with hospital pre-charging process can promote out-patient process optimization. This project also aims at promoting hospital internal treatment process optimization, and actively promoting the reform of medical service charge management and medical insurance, medical billing management system. Its application value for the hospital always adheres to be people-oriented, for the purpose of providing patients with more convenient, fast, quality service, and plays a positive role in constructing the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
