摘　　要：目的探讨救援方舱医院指挥车与各舱体实时进行音视频监控,以便了解各舱体的医疗活动。方法在各舱体布设网络终端,连接高清摄像机和全向话筒等设备采集多路视频和声音信号,通过多点会议控制单元进行音视频处理和控制。结果能够实现指挥车和各舱体的实时音视频监控。结论通过网络IP音视频监控系统,提升方舱医院的信息化水平。Objective To investigate real-time audio and video monitoring which is used by the rescue shelter hospital command vehicle to understand the medical activities in each cabin. Methods Laying out network terminal in each cabin, connecting the high-definition cameras and omnidirectional microphones with other equipment to collect multi-channel video and audio signals, audio and video real-time control can be achieved through multipoint conference control units. Results The real-time audio and video surveillance can be realized between the command vehicle and cabins. Conclusion The informatization of the shelter hospital can be improved through using the network IP audio and video monitoring system.
