摘　　要：医院新版结构化电子病历(EMR)是医院数字化建设的重要组成部分。本文阐述结构化EMR使用前期的准备工作,包括旧版医生工作站程序的改造、新旧EMR格式的转换、病例模板的建立、医生权限的分配、硬件设施的完善等。New structured electronic medical records（EMR） system is the important part of digital hospital construction. This paper introduces the preparation of application of structured EMR, including program transformation of old doctor workstation, conversion of old and new EMR format, establishment of a medical template, distribution of doctor authority, improvement of hardware facilities and so on.
