Quantitative Evaluation of Left Ventricular Segmental Systolic Function of Patients with Myocardial Infarction Based on Real-time Three-dimensional Echocardiography

摘  要:目的评价实时三维超声心动图技术定量分析心肌梗死患者左心室节段性收缩功能的可行性与可靠性。方法分别应用实时三维超声心动图技术测量26例正常者、24例心肌梗死患者的左心室壁17节段舒张末期容量(REDV)、收缩末期容量(RESV)、心搏量(RSV)和局部射血分数(REF)。结果 50例检测者均获得了具有清晰内膜边界的实时三维图像和17节段容积-时间曲线;两组间17节段REDV、RESV、RSV、REF,测量值间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实时三维超声心动图定量评价心肌梗死患者节段性室壁运动异常左心室17节段局部收缩功能具有高度的可行性和可靠性。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and reliability of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE) in quantitative analysis on left ventricular segmental systolic function of patients with myocardial infarction. Methods 26 healthy volunteers and 24 patients with myocardial infarction are investigated, and the quantitative analysis are blinded to each other. The 17-segment myocardial model is adopted. The end-diastolic volume (REDV), contraction of the final capacity (RESV), stroke volume (RSV) and regional ejection fraction (REF) are assessed by RT-3DE. Results Good endocardial images and volume-time curves are acquired by 50 vohmteers. Measured values of REDV, RESV, RSV and EF are significant difference (P〈0.05) between two groups. Conclusion RT-3DE has high feasibility and reliability in quantitative analysis on segmental wall motion abnormalities and 17 left ventricular systolic function in patients with myocardial infarction.
