摘　　要：知识产权是现代企业可持续发展,形成自身核心竞争力的重要元素之一。本文通过实证分析,探讨国内制药行业上市公司知识产权对企业经营绩效的影响,本文实证研究的结论表明制药行业上市公司知识产权的投入与经营业绩成负相关的关系;而知识产权管理效率与经营业绩成正相关的关系。Intellectual property （ velopment resource for modem enterprise IP） is one of the core elements of In this paper, an empirical study competitiveness and a sustainable de- was performed to analyze the IP＇s im- pact on the performance of listed companies of pharmaceutical industry. The result showed that the relationship be- tween the performance of listed companies of pharmaceutical industry and the investment in IP is negative correlation; however, the performance of listed companies of pharmaceutical industry and the efficiency of IP management is positive correlation.
