摘　　要：目的:探讨头颈联合CTA在基层医院的应用。方法:回顾性分析评估头颈联合CTA检查患者58例。结果:58例均成功完成扫描,图像重建成功,均较好地显示出扫描部位所需血管图像,图像评价优36例,良22例,差0例。结论:头颈联合CTA是基层医院能满足头颈部血管疾病诊疗需求的重要检查诊断手段,应用前景广阔。Objective：To study the clinical application of in head and neck joint CTA in primary hospital. Methods：A retrospective clinical analysis of 58 cases is made by head and neck joint CTA. Results ： After scanning of 58eases pa- tients, the reconstructed image can display clearly the required vessel image of the scanned position. There are 36 cases of best effect, 22 cases of better effect, and 0 case of poor effect in image evaluation. Concluslons：The head and neck joint CTA is an important diagnostic method for vascular diseasesdiagnosis and treatment of head and neck joint in prima- ry hospital. It will be applied with wide prospect of application.
