摘　　要：目的:探讨应用钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法:应用钢板内固定治疗36例(39足)跟骨关节内骨折,均采用外侧L形切口,术中植入自体骨或同种异体骨,对手术效果进行评估。结果:36例患者均获随访,优良率为87.1%。结论:钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折是一种有效的方法。Objective：To investigate the treatment of calcaneal fracture intraarticular with plate internal fixation curative effect. Methods ：36 patients（39 foot） have been treated with the calcaneal fracture intraarticular with plate internal fixa- tion. Using posteriolateral incision for ＂L＂ shape. In the operation,we selected implantation of autogenous bone and arti- ficial bone. And and evaluate its curative effect. Results ： Follow - up for 6 to 30 months, the average 24 months. To slecteted grading system for Maryland Foot Score. The excellent 15foot; good for 19 foot; its not bad for 3 foot; poor is 2 foot. The excellent and good rate was 87.1%. Conclusions ： To master the correct timing of operation, careful operation, the lateral calcaneal incision for ＂L＂ shaped, internal fixation with steel plate in treatment of intra - articular caalcaneal fractures is an effective method.
