摘　　要：通过对信息技术环境下,传统医院图书馆管理工作面临的新情况、新挑战进行分析,就创新医院图书馆管理理念、管理模式,发挥医院图书馆在医院管理中的地位和作用进行探讨、提出建议。This article through to the information technology environment, the traditional hospital library management in the face of the new situation, the new challenge to carry on the analysis, innovative hospital library management concept, management mode and give play to the hospital library in the position and role of hospital management were discussed, and put forward the proposal.
