摘  要:针对大强煤矿千米立井井筒所穿岩层的特点,井筒基岩段采取了普通法凿井施工中的短段掘砌混合作业法施工,充分利用机械化配套设施,实行精细化劳动组织管理,并对快速施工中的一些施工技术和管理进行归纳总结,结果表明,该立井井筒施工连续实现月进尺120m以上,最高达132m,工程质量全优,为大深度立井井筒快速施工提供了宝贵经验。According to the features of the rock strata passed through by a 1000 m mine shaft in Daqiang Mine, a short sectional excavation and lining combined operation construction was applied to the conventional mine shaft sinking in the base rock section of the mine shaft. The mechanized matched facilities were fully applied and a fine labor organization management was conducted. The paper summarized some construction technologies and management in the rapid construction. The results showed that the continued month sinking rate of the mine shaft construction was over 120 m, the max month sinking rate was over 132 m and the engineering quality was excellent, which could provide the valuable experiences to the rapid construction of high depth mine shaft.
