摘　　要：传统的桑叶栽培,主要是用于采桑养蚕,而随着人们对桑叶保健、药用功能认识的提高,出现了食用栽培模式,本文在参照传统桑树栽培、经初步试验摸索、结合典型农户访谈收集的基础上,就菜用桑叶栽培技术作一概述,以供参考。The traditional cultivation of mulberry is mainly for sericiculture.As our understanding of health care and medicinal function of mulberry improved, there is emergence of cultivation mode for edible mulberry leaves.Cultivation techniques for mulberry leaves used as vegetable were summarized on the basis of referring to the traditional mulberry cultivation, preliminary experiments and typical farmer interview, so as to offer reference.
