农业污染减排途径及对策研究

摘　　要：现阶段农业污染已经成为我国首要污染源。随着农业被纳入国家"十二五"主要污染物总量减排控制范围,农业污染减排被提上日程。但相比工业减排,农业减排仍处于起步阶段,在人员、技术及体制机制上都存在很多问题,加之农业源污染较为分散,实施减排难度更大。该文分析了当前农业污染减排存在的主要问题,研究提出了农业污染减排的主要途径,并提出相关对策建议。Recently agricultural pollution has become the primary source of pollution in China. When agriculture is incorporated in the control range for mitigating total emissions of major pollutants since the ＂ Twelfth Five -Year Plan＂, agricultural pollution mitigation is put on schedule. But compared to industrial pollution, agricultural pollu- tion reduction is still in its infancy which still has many problems in construction of personnel, technology and sys- tern. Meanwhile, it is very difficult to mitigate the agricultural source pollution due to tants.
