摘 要:基于标准k-ε湍流模型,在介质为常温水的环境下,针对管径为52 mm,等效直径比0.69的双锥流量计进行FLUENT三维管道模拟实验,研究其压力损失情况。在保证有效流通面积相等的条件下,得到孔板和喷嘴在相同环境下的压损和相对压损,并与双锥流量计进行比较分析,结果表明:双锥流量计的压损仅为孔板的1/5左右,喷嘴的2/3左右。此外,在有效流通面积近似相等的条件下还与内锥流量计压损情况进行了比较,结果表明:4种流量计中孔板的压损和相对压损最大,双锥流量计最小,内锥流量计介于孔板与喷嘴之间。As a new type of differential pressure flowmeter,it is necessary to study on the pressure loss of double- cones flowmeter in the shortage of energy increasingly today. Based on standard k-~ turbulence model, with water as the medium for simulation, the fluent 3D pipeline simulation experiment is carried out, aiming at the double- cones meter,with pipe diameter is 52 mm and the equivalent diameter ratio is 0.69,'to research on the pressure loss. In the condition of the same effective flow area, pressure loss and relative pressure loss values of the orifice and nozzle are obtained, which are compared with double-cones. Results indicate that the pressure loss of double- cones flowmeter is only 1/5 of that of orifice and 2/3 of nozzle. Besides ,in the condition of effective flow area is nearly the same, the result shows that compared with the V-cone meter. The pressure loss and relative pressure loss of the orifice are the most and the double-cones flowmeter are the least in these four kinds of fiowmeters, and the V-cone flowmeter is between orifice and nozzle.
