摘  要:基于共生型循环经济思想,从技术、自然、经济和产业组织等多个角度,在更大范围内研究林业和造纸工业复合型循环经济系统。通过文献梳理、理论分析、实际调研和专家咨询等方法,按照资源链、生态链和价值链的逻辑线路,依次研究制浆造纸子系统、资源与消费子系统、生态环境子系统、社会经济子系统的循环经济核心结构模型及其多层次拓展结构模型。研究表明,资源、生态和价值链的循环运行并不是孤立的,它们相互交织、相互促进,形成林纸循环经济系统的共生发展机制:价值链要借助资源链和生态链实现价值增值和可持续发展,反过来它又通过资金直接投入、供应链利益合理分配、各类市场交易的利益再分配等多种途径促进资源链和生态链的良性发展;资源链是生态链的生物学基础,而生态链又是资源链持续增长的生态学支撑,两者相辅相成。本文提出的多层次嵌套式循环经济系统结构模型,分别为各级和各类管理者提供了分层次的和整体的林纸循环经济系统结构模型,有助于他们根据各自的具体问题制定局部和全局相关联的科学决策。The compound circular economy system of forestry and paper industry is researched in a wider scope from multiple views of technology, nature, economy and industrial organization, based on the symbiosis thought of circular economy. In the logic of resources chain, eco-chain and value chain, the core and muhilayer expanded structure models for subsystems of pulping and paper making, resources and consumption, ecology and environment, society and economy are studied successively, by the methods of documentary analysis, theoretical analysis, actual investigation, expert consultation, etc. The research shows that the cycle operations of resources chain, eco-chain and value chain are not isolated, but intertwined and synergistic to form a symbiotic development mechanism for forestry-paper circular economy system. Value chain requires the aid of resources chain and eco-chain to realize value added and sustainable development. Conversely, it also promotes the sound development of resources chain and coo-chain by multiple ways such as direct investment, reasonable benefit share in supply chain, interest' s redistribution through various markets, and so on. Further more, resources chain is the biological basis of eco-chain, and eco-ehain is the ecological support of resources chain. So, both supplement each other. The muhilayer and nested circular economy structure models mentioned in this paper provide hierarchical and integral structure models of forestry-paper circular economy system for various kinds of managers at different levels with their concrete problems to make scientific decisions in consideration of the relevance of parts and the whole.
