补肾活血促排卵汤联合腹针治疗LUFS临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察补肾活血促排卵汤联合腹针治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)的临床疗效,探索一种合理而有效的中医治疗方法,提高LUFS患者的排卵率及妊娠率。结果:补肾活血促排卵汤联合腹针与单纯绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗LUFS患者各30例,总有效率分别为86.67%和43.33%。针药结合组的总疗效及排卵率优于对照组,经χ2检验,P<0.01,差异显著。针药结合治疗组治疗后患者的症状积分及子宫内膜厚度较对照组明显改善,经t检验,P<0.05,差异显著。Objective ： By observing the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Ovulation Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture treating luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome（ LUFS）, it is to explore more rational and efficient method of Chinese medicine treatment in order to improve LUFS ovulation rate and pregnancy rate. Results ： Bushen Huoxue Ovulation Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture and hCG were used to treat 30 cases of LUFS respectively,the total effec- tive rates were respectively 86.67% and 43.33%. The ovulation rate in Bushen Huoxue Ovulation Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture group was superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. endometrial thickness and symptom scores in the combined treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group by t test（ P 〈 0.05 ）.
