不同灸法对实验性RA模型IL-6、IL-8、MCP-1表达影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察不同灸法对实验性RA模型关节滑膜液中炎症因子IL-6、IL-8、MCP-1表达的影响,探索不同灸法治疗实验性RA的作用机制。方法:日本大耳兔40只,体重(2.5±0.25)kg,雌雄各半,分为空白对照组、RA模型组、直接灸治疗组、隔姜灸治疗组、温和灸治疗组,每组8只日本大耳兔。采用福氏完全佐剂塑造实验性RA模型,于造模后第7天开始,分别用直接灸、隔姜灸、温和灸3种不同方法施灸日本大耳兔"肾俞"、"足三里"穴各5壮,两侧交替进行,每日1次。6天为1个疗程,共3个疗程。结果:直接灸、隔姜灸、温和灸均能明显降低RA模型动物关节滑膜液中IL-6、IL-8、MCP-1含量(P<0.05,0.01),其中尤以隔姜灸作用最为明显。结论:不同灸法治疗实验性RA均有明显的抗炎效应,且以隔姜灸作用最为显著;不同灸法抑制IL-6、IL-8、MCP-1炎症因子表达可能是其发挥抗炎效应的重要机制之一。Objective ： To observe the influence of different moxibustion methods on inflammatory cytokines IL - 6, IL - 8 and MCP - 1 expressions of experimental RA model, to explore the mechanism of action of different moxibustion treat ments of experimental RA. Method ：40 Japan rabbits, weighed （ 2.5 ± 0.25 ） kg, half male and half female, were divided in to control group, the RA model group, direct moxibustion treatment group, ginger treatment group, mild moxibustion treat ment group（ n = 8）. Freund＇s complete adjuvant shape was used to make the experimental RA model, the first 7 days after modeling, direct moxibustion, ginger moxibustion, mild moxibustion three different methods of moxibustion were made re spectively, Sbenshu and Zusanli of the rabbits in these three groups all had five Zhuang on both sides alternately, once a day. 6 days was a course,lasting for three courses. Results ： Direct moxibustion, ginger moxibustion and mild moxibustion can significantly reduce IL - 6, IL - 8 and MCP - 1 levels in the synovial fluid of RA animal models （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）, especially ginger moxibustion is the most obvious. Conclusion ：The different moxibustion treatments of experimen tal RA have significant anti - inflammatory effect, and the role of ginger is the most significant ; different moxibustion inhi bition of IL - 6, IL - 8 and MCP - 1 inflammatory factor expressions may play the anti - inflammatory role.
