摘　　要：从现代临床报道着手,分析了肺心病的临床疗效评价方法运用现状,认为目前本病的疗效评价方法可归为3类,即以症状体征为主的综合评价法,以实验指标为主的评价法,以生存质量和结局性指标为主的评价法。然后对这些评价方法的临床价值、应用范围、优势与不足等进行了分析与点评。最后提出对肺心病的临床疗效评价中应该突出中医特色,应根据研究类型、治疗方法、疾病阶段、评价期限等进行认真分析和恰当选择,强调了科学选择评价方法、客观反应中医药疗效的重要性。This article analyzed the current situation of clinical curative effect evaluation method for pulmonary heart disease from modem clinical reports, considering the evaluation methods can be classified into three types：symptoms and signs comprehensive evaluation method, experimental index evaluation method, survive quality and outcome indicators e valuation method. Then it evaluated the clinical value, application range, advantages and disadvantages of these methods.Finally,the evaluation of clinical curative effect on pulmonat：~ heart disease should be prominent characteristics of tradi tional Chinese medicine, and should be based on the research type, treatment, disease stage, evaluation period undertakes for serious analysis and appropriate choice, emphasizing scientific evaluation methods, objective response and the impor tance of therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
