摘  要:目的:研究郁金提取物对福尔马林引起的炎性疼痛小鼠的镇痛作用。方法:采用清醒小鼠单侧足底皮下注射5%福尔马林20μL,观察各组小鼠Ⅰ、Ⅱ相的累计舔足时间;行为学观察后取小鼠大脑皮皮层组织,采用免疫组化法测定各组小鼠大脑皮层SI区NF-κB蛋白的表达。结果:福尔马林模型能使小鼠出现明显的两相伤害性行为反应,郁金提取物能抑制小鼠福尔马林实验的Ⅱ相反应(P<0.01),能降低小鼠大脑皮层SI区NF-κB蛋白的表达(P<0.05),其结果具有一定的剂量相关性。结论:郁金提取物对福尔马林引起的炎性疼痛具有良好的镇痛作用,其机制可能于抑制NF-κB参与的炎症反应有关。Objective : To evaluate the analgesic effects of Radix Curcuma extracts on inflammatory pain in mice. Meth ods : After injection of 5% formalin 20μL, the pain threshold and accumulative licking feet times of each phase were deter mined and compared among all groups of mice, respectively. The expressions of NF - KB in brain cortex of all groups were measured through immunohistochemistry assay. Results : Injection of formalin can elicit acute two - phase noxious reac tion. Radix Curcuma extracts significantly abrogated the formalin -induced second phase painful reaction in mice model compared with that of control(P 〈 0. O1 ), and Radix Curcuma extracts showed remarkable dose- dependent down- regu lation of NF - KB protein expression in cerebral cortex when compared with that of model control(P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion: Radix Curcuma extracts exerted significant antinociceptive activity in experimental animals. The mechanism may be relat- ed to reducing the expression of inflammatory cytokines involving inflammatory reaction.
