中药泰安合剂治疗胎儿宫内生长受限临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药泰安合剂对胎儿宫内生长受限(FGR)的疗效。方法:将孕30～34周确诊FGR 42例随机分为治疗组21例和对照组21例,并选相应孕周足月分娩正常孕妇18例作为正常组。治疗组给予中药泰安合剂口服,并予复方氨基酸及能量合剂静脉滴注,对照组只给予复方氨基酸及能量合剂静脉滴注。两组均7天为1个疗程,间隔3～5天后,再进行下1个疗程,共3～4个疗程。比较分析两组临床疗效及胎儿脐血流变化。结果:治疗组临床有效率及胎儿脐血流异常指标的改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药泰安合剂能明显促进胎儿生长发育,改善胎儿脐血流,且无明显不良副作用。Objective ： To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Tai＇an mixture on intrauterine growth restriction （IUGR）. Methods ：42 cases with IUGR were randomly divided into treatment group （21 cases）and control group （21 cases）. Normal group was composed of 18 cases of pregnant women with term delivery. Control group were treated with compound amino acid and energy mixture. Treatment group were treated with Tai^n mixture,compound amino acid and energy mixture. 3 to 4 courses of treatment were needed for two groups. The therapeutic efficacy and umbilical blood flow were analyzed. Results ： In treatment group, the effective rate was increased and some indexes of fetus umbilical blood flow were improved, compared with control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Tai＇an mixture could promote the growth and development of IUGR, and improve the fetus umbilieal blood flow.
