益气强心饮对慢性心衰病人血浆BNP及6min步行试验距离的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气强心饮对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆BNP及6min步行试验(6MWT)距离的影响。方法:共选取60例慢性心衰患者,在西药常规治疗基础上,中药治疗组30例给予益气强心饮口服,8周后进行疗效评价。结果:中药治疗组和对照组治疗前后血浆BNP水平、6MWT距离,组内比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,中药治疗组较对照组疗效有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气强心饮可改善慢性心衰病人血浆BNP水平,提高6MWT距离。Objective ： To observe the effects of Yiqi Qiangxin Drink on chronic heart failure （CHF） patients with BNP and six minute walk test（6 MWT）. Methods：This study selected 60 cases of CHF patients,based on western medicine treatment,30 cases of Chinese medicine group were treated with Yiqi Qiangxin Drink orally. After 8 weeks,the curative effects of two groups were observed. Results ： Bbefore and after treatment, BNP levels as well as 6 MWT distance within group comparisons, the two groups were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;Chinese medicine group compared to the con trol group, there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：Yiqi Qiangxin Drink can improve CHF pa tients BNP level and 6 MWT distance.
