狗脊生、制品不同提取部位抗炎药效学实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究狗脊生、制品的不同提取部位的抗炎作用。方法:研究其对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响,用狗脊生、制品的不同提取部位溶液对小鼠灌胃给药。用二甲苯造成小鼠急性炎症模型。研究其对小鼠的抗急性炎症作用。研究其对对大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成的影响,将棉球植入大鼠背部皮下形成肉芽肿,造成慢性炎症模型,用狗脊生、制品的不同提取部位溶液对大鼠灌胃给药,研究其对大鼠的抗慢性炎症作用。结果:狗脊生品正丁醇提取物组和狗脊生品的乙酸乙酯提取物组明显抑制了二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀,狗脊制品正丁醇组和狗脊制品乙酸乙酯组的作用不明显。狗脊生品的乙酸乙酯提取物组明显抑制了大鼠的肉芽组织增生,狗脊生品正丁醇提取物组、狗脊制品正丁醇组、狗脊制品乙酸乙酯组的作用不明显。结论:狗脊具有一定的抗炎效果。狗脊生品正丁醇提取物组和狗脊生品的乙酸乙酯提取物组的作用比较明显。Objective ：To study the anti -inflammatory effect of different extraction parts from rhizoma cibotiig crude drugs and products. Material and method：To study effect of different extraction parts from rhizoma cibotii＇s crude drugs and products in auricle tumefaction mice caused by p -xylene. The mice model with acute inflammation was established by xylene. The author studied the effect of restraining acute inflammation by pouring them into the stomach of mice. To study effect of different extraction parts from rhizoma cibotii ~ crude drugs and products on the formation of cotton ball granuloma in rats. The rats model with chronic inflammation was established by embedding tampon in their back. The au thor studied effect Of restraining chronic inflammation by pouring them into the stomach of rats. Results ： N - butyl alcohol extract of rhizoma cibotiig crude drugs and ethyl acetate extract of rhizoma eibotiig crude drugs significantly inhibited the swelling of mice ears. The effect of n - butyl alcohol extract of rhizoma eibotiig products and ethyl acetate extract of rhizo ma eibotiig products was not evident. Ethyl acetate extract of rbizoma eibotii＇s crude drugs could inhibit proliferation of granulation tissues obviously. The effect of ethyl acetate extract of rbizmna cibotiig drugs and products and n - butyl alco hol extract of rhizoma eibotiig products is not evident. Conclusion ：The rhizoma eibotii has some certain effect of anti - inflammation. N - butyl alcohol extract of rhizoma cibotiig crude drugs and ethyl acetate extract of rhizoma eibotiig crude drugs has a notable effect.
