天麻钩藤饮加减煎服联合耳尖放血疗法治疗高血压临床研究

摘　　要：目的:系统观察天麻钩藤饮加减煎服联合耳尖放血疗法治疗肝阳上亢型顽固性高血压的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的80例门诊高血压患者作为观察对象,采用随机对照试验方法,分成治疗组46例,对照组34例。对照组给予天麻钩藤饮加减煎服治疗,治疗组给予天麻钩藤饮煎服联合耳尖放血治疗。疗程8周,随访3个月,进行疗效比较。结果:治疗组和对照组均能显著改善肝阳上亢的临床症状,两组间无显著差异;两组均能降低患者血压,以治疗组疗效为优。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合耳尖放血疗法不但能改善临床症状、降低血压,能有效治疗顽固性高血压,且疗效巩固。Objective ： Observation of clinical efficacy on treating the resistance hypertension caused by liver Yang hyperactivity by the method of Tianma Gouteng Decotion combining with blood letting in ear apex. Methods ：Eighty pa tients（pts） with refractory hypertension were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group （42 pts）, control group （38pts）. Control group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Decotion and treatment group with Tianma Gouteng Deeotion combining with blood letting in ear apex. All pts were treated for eight weeks and followed up for three months. And then the effects were compared. Results ： The clinical symptoms and blood pressure caused by liver - Yang hyperactivity in two groups were obviously improved following treatment. But they were better than that in control group. Conclusion ：Blood letting in ear apex combining with Tianma Gouteng Decotion can not only improve clinical symptoms, reduce blood pres sure, have effect on resistance hypertension, hut also have consolidating curative effect.
