摘  要:以三聚氰胺、甲醛、甲醇为主要原料,三乙胺、苯酐为酸碱催化剂,尿素和硼砂为甲醛捕捉剂,合成一种水性的超低游离甲醛甲醚化氨基树脂鞣剂DF-850。根据测试结果表明:DF-850合成的最佳工艺配方为:n(三聚氰胺)∶n(甲醛)∶n(甲醇)=1∶4∶10,70℃~80℃碱性条件羟甲基化1.5 h,50℃~60℃酸性条件下醚化缩合1 h,该反应条件下制备的皮革鞣剂的贮存期达12个月,游离甲醛含量≤0.6%,固体分含量为60%~70%,能大幅改善复鞣填充的综合性能。A ultra-low free formaldehyde water-based melamine resin tanning agent DF-850 was synthesized using melamine, methanal, methanol as the main material, triethylamine, phthalic anhydride as the alkalescent catalyzer and aeidiccatalyzer, urea and borax as the formaldehyde scavenger. The formula was optimized by tests as follows:n(melamine) : n(methanal) : n(methamo) =1 : 4 : 10, methylolation 90rain, 70-80℃, under alkaline condition and etherification 60rain, 50℃ -60℃, under acidic condition. The prepared tanning agent with a storage period for 12 months, the content of free formaldehyde less than 0.6% and the solid content between 60%-70%, resulted in great improvement of the comprehensive properties of retanning and fillinb.
