摘 要:对武汉4所高校724名本科生经历的压力事件、情绪反应及应对方式的调查结果表明:大学生经历压力事件的频率与其日常生活密切相关,且多数是持久性压力事件;大学生在压力情境下以消极情绪体验为主,但也有动力性的积极情绪;大学生在压力情境下主要以情绪应对方式为主。为此,大学生心理健康教育工作者应关注大学生日常生活中的消耗性事件,重视积极情绪在压力应对中的作用,发挥情绪应对策略的积极功能,并引导大学生尽量避免使用非健康的压力应对策略。Using the self-developing questionnaire, it investigated the stressful events, emotional reactions and coping styles of 724 college students from 4 universities. The results showed that the frequency of college students' stressful events was related to their daily life, most of which were enduring stressful events; college students in the stressful situation were given priority to negative emotional experience, and also had dynamic positive emotions; col- lege students in the stressful situation were given priority to emotion-based coping styles. Fi- nally, the proposals for mental health education were that the educators should pay attention to the college students' exhausting events in their daily life, attach importance to the role of positive emotions in coping with stress, play the active function of emotion-based coping strategies, and instruct college students to try to avoid using the unhealthy stress coping strategms.
