血清CA125与子宫腺肌病相关性的分析与探讨

摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在探讨150例子宫腺肌病患者血清CA125表达水平与子宫大小、痛经的相关性,为提高子宫腺肌病的临床诊断提供依据。方法:本研究归纳统计了2009.1～2012.3于本院妇科门诊就诊150例子宫腺肌病患者血清CA125的表达水平,探讨其与子宫大小、痛经程度的相关性,应用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析。结果:150例子宫腺肌病患者中144例有痛经症状,继发性痛经116例,其中98例呈逐渐加重的趋势,患者血清CA125的阳性表达率为60%(90例),血清CA125表达水平与子宫腺肌病患者子宫大小(n=150,r=0.343,P<0.01)、痛经程度(n=150,r=0.457,P<0.01)呈正相关。结论:本研究显示血清CA125表达水平与子宫大小、痛经程度具有一定的相关性,在临床上子宫腺肌病辅助诊断及病情监测中有重要应用价值。Objective ：This study aimed to investigate 150 cases of adenomyosis patients clinical data characteristics, and explore the correlation of serum CA125 expression levels and uterine size, dysmenorrheal. Methods：The study summarized the statistics of 150 patients with adenomyosis from January 2009 to March 2012 in our gynecological clinic. Detected the expression of serum CA125 in adenomyosis, explore the correlation with uterine size and dysmenorrheal. SPSS statistical software for Statistical analysis. Results ：In 150 adeuomyosis patients, 144 cases with dysmenorrhea, 116 cases with secondary dysmenorrhea, of which 98 cases were gradually aggravated, the positive expression rate of serum CA125 in patients is 60% （90cases） ,serum CA125 expres- sion level in adenomyosis patients was positive corelation with uterine size （n = 150, r = 0. 343, P 〈 0.01 ） , and the degree of dysmenorrhea（ n = 150 ,r = 0. 457 ,P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion：Expression of serum CA125 has a positive correlation with the size of the uterus and dysmenorrheal in adenomyosis. Serum CA125 have important application value on adenomyosis diagnosis and monitoring in clinical.
