傅友丰中西医结合治疗人流术后宫腔粘连23例

摘　　要：目的:探讨傅友丰教授中西医结合治疗人流术后宫腔粘连的疗效。方法:回顾性分析23例人流术后宫腔粘连患者行中西医结合治疗后的治疗情况。结果:23例人流术后宫腔粘连患者经傅友丰教授中西医结合治疗后,治愈6例,好转16例,无效1例,其中3例重度粘连患者经治疗后好转;6例治愈患者现已妊娠,其中包括1例重度粘连患者。结论:中西医结合是治疗人流术后宫腔粘连的有效方法,值得临床推广使用。Objective ： To study the curative effect of Professor FU You - feng treating patients with intrauterine adhesion after artificial abortion by integrative medicine. Methods：Retrospective analysis on the treatment of 23 patients with intrauterine adhe- sion after artificial abortion by integrative medicine was made. Results ： Results ： 23 patients with intrauterine adhesion after artificial abortion were treated by Integrative Medicine, there were 6 patients cured, 16 patients improved, 1 patient invalid,3 patients with severe adhesion had been improved after the treatment;6 patients, among which there was 1 patient with severe adhesion, were cured and had pregnancy. Conclusion ： Integrative Medicine is the effective method for intrauterine adhesion of poured postop -erative, which is worth to promote the use in clinic.
