摘　　要：由于经济发展水平以及通信发展的不平衡,农村通信市场发展模式也不尽相同,运营商需要采取不同的发展策略。本文对农村通信服务发展现状进行了深入分析,通过建立农村通信信息化发展指标体系,对我国31省市农村通信市场进行了分类,并针对不同地区信息化发展现状和特点提出了运营商的发展策略,为通信企业运营和农村信息化发展提供借鉴参考。Because the development of economic and communication is unbalanced in rural areas, and the development modes of rural communications market are not the same, operators need to take different strategies. This paper analyzed the present situation of the communication services in rural areas, according to the index system, classified the rural communications market of 31 provinces and cities in China. According to the present situation and feature, the paper gave some developing policies for the telecom operators. All the policies will give references for mobile telecom operators and rural areas＇ informatization.
