生产者服务业FDI促进制成品出口的技术结构升级分析

摘　　要：文章考察了生产者服务业FDI促进制成品出口技术结构升级的机制,并运用21个省市2004～2010年的面板数据,定量分析了生产者服务业FDI对我国制成品出口技术结构的影响。研究发现:(1)生产者服务业FDI对我国制成品出口的技术结构有显著的推升作用;(2)在对全样本和东部地区的回归中,这种作用大于制造业FDI的影响;尤其在东部地区,其作用还大于劳均资本存量和人均GDP的影响;(3)受自身行业特性及其嵌入制造业价值链的位置影响,不同生产者服务行业的FDI在出口结构升级中的作用不同。This paper examines the mechanism of FDI in producer services for promoting the upgrading of technological structure of manufactured exports, and quantitatively analyzes the impact of FDI in producer services on the technological structure of China＇s manufactured exports by using the panel data of 2] provinces from 2006 to 2010. It finds that; FDI in producer services significantly pushes up the technological structure of China＇ s manufactured exports; in the regression of the full sample and the eastern region, this effect is greater than that of manufacturing FDI; especially in the eastern region, its effect is larger than that of capital stock per labor and per capita GDP; the impact of FDI in different producer services on export structure is different by its own industry characteristics and its own location in a manufacturing value chain.
