从创新扩散理论看图书馆的云计算应用

摘　　要：云计算为信息服务提供了新的方式与环境。促进图书馆的云计算应用,对扩展图书馆的服务领域及提高服务质量具有重要意义。依据创新扩散理论,从创新被接受的过程这一角度,对图书馆应用云计算的影响因素进行了分析,针对性地提出了"一化三性"的推广应用对策,呼吁图书馆联盟等早期采用者自上而下地积极推广云计算,从而高效地推进云计算在图书馆领域的应用。Cloud computing provides a new method for information services. Promoting the application of cloud computing in libraries can make a big difference in extending the library service areas and improving the service quality. This paper analyzes the key factors influencing the application of cloud computing in libraries based on the diffusion of innovation theory, and then puts forward some corresponding solutions, that is making the con- cept clearer, emphasizing the initiative of promoters, targeted promotion and using a variety of promotion meth- ods. Through all these efforts, it is reasonable to believe that the application of cloud computing in libraries will develop fast in China.
