摘　　要："可借"图书拒借是图书馆流通工作中普遍存在的问题,其造成的危害应该引起图书馆的高度重视。图书状态设置的缺陷是造成"可借"图书拒借的主要原因之一,图书馆应从读者的角度人性化设置图书状态,以降低图书拒借率,提高读者满意度。Refusal of the ＂lendable＂ book is a common problem in library circulation work. Libraries should pay more attention to its harm. The defect of the settings of the book state is one of the major causes of refusal of the ＂Lendable＂ book. Libraries should set the state of book more humanized from the view of readers, to re- duce the rate of refusal and improve reader satisfaction.
