摘  要:通过对某型导弹捷联惯性测量组合测试系统现状的分析,提出一套基于CRIO(Compact-RIO)嵌入式系统的捷联惯性测量组合通用快速自动化测试系统的设计方案;确定系统的硬件组成,给出软件流程图和软件模块组成,并基于LabVIEW编程环境对主要程序进行程序设计。与传统的惯组测试系统相比较,该系统的突出优点在于其功能全面,具备通用性,另外还具有技术先进,数据处理能力强,可靠性高等特点。该系统采用人工粗调平免对北标定方法,并将速率标定与位置标定融合在一起进行,大大缩短了测试时间。This paper analyzes the current combined test system of some missile Inertial Measurement Unit(1MU), presents a design scheme of the common IMU auto-test system based on CRIO inbuilt system, and introduces the composition of the system both in hardware and software, describes the method of developing application program of the system based on LabVIEW. Comparing to the former test system, the new system has the main advantages of comprehensive functions and universalism, with the characteristic of technology advancement, high ability of data processing and high reliability. The system adopts a method of not-aiming-north -and-rough-leveling, which integrates the calibrations of the rate and the position. And thus, the test-time is shortened largely.
