摘 要:针对煤矿围岩动力灾害多发及人工监测不及时问题,设计了一种集成低功耗无线传输、实时监测、数据融合分析及具有预警预案功能的围岩动力灾害监测预警系统;详细介绍了监测系统的技术原理、组成结构、功能模块及应用效益。实际应用表明,系统实现了围岩压力、位移、应力监测数据之间的融合和可视化分析,可对煤矿围岩动力安全隐患进行快速、准确的预警、预报。Coal mine surrounding rock power disasters occurred frequently and the artificial monitoring was not in time,it designed the surrounding rock power disaster monitoring and warning system which integrated low power consumption wireless transmission,real-time monitoring,data fusion analysis,warning and preparedness function.It introduced technical principle,composition structure,function module and application benefits of the monitoring system in detail.The practical application showed that the system achieved the monitoring data fusion of surrounding rock pressure,displacement,stress and visual analysis,it carried out warning and forecasting quickly and accurately for the safety hazard of coal mine surrounding rock power.
