摘  要:用毛细管区带电泳间接紫外检测法分离测定6种甲基膦酸单酯。以苯基膦酸为紫外添加剂,检测波长为 210 nm。优化后缓冲溶液组成为:200 mmol/L硼酸-5 mmol/L苯基膦酸-0.10 mmol/L DDAB-0.20%Triton X-100(pH 3.55)。毛细管规格为70 cm x 75 μm i.d。以KH2nPO4为内标定量,在1~30mg/L浓度范围内6种甲基膦酸单酯标准回归曲线线性关系良好(r>0.9989),检测限为0.25~0.5mg/L。总分析时间在14 min以内。Capillary zone electrophoresis with indirect UV detection was used for the determination of sir methylphoophonic acid monoesters. Phenylphosphonic acid was used as a background absorption agent. The optimized electrolyte contains 200 mmol/L boric acid, 5mmol/L phenylphosphonic acid, 0. l0mmol/L didodecyldimethylammonium bromide (DDAB ) and 0. 20 % Triton X- 100 (pH 3. 55 ). The capillary used was70 cm x 75 μp(i. d.) and detection was carried out at 210 um. KH2PO4 was used as internal standard. The calibration curve showed a good linearity for six methylphosphonic acid monoesters in the concentration range of 1 ~ 30 mg/L (r > 0.9989) and the detection limits were 0.25 ~ 0. 5 mg/L. The total the for separation and determination was within 14 min.
