摘 要:目的观察陈皮苦瓜提取物与左旋肉碱复合制剂对肥胖大鼠减肥效果的影响。方法高脂日粮制备大鼠肥胖模型,肥胖大鼠灌胃复合制剂,对照组灌胃蒸馏水,时间40 d,测定大鼠采食量、能量利用率、Lee’s指数、内脏脂肪指数、血脂谱、血液a-TNF和IL-6。结果与肥胖模型组比较,复合制剂对采食量无显著影响,但对能量利用率有显著降低作用;对肥胖大鼠体重和Lee’s指数有显著降低作用,同时极显著减少内脏脂肪沉积;对血液TG有极显著降低作用,而对HDL有显著升高作用;复方制剂对血液a-TNF和IL-6有显著减低作用。结论陈皮苦瓜活性成分与左旋肉碱复合制剂对肥胖大鼠具有减肥作用,减肥作用与机体降低能量利用率,减少内脏脂肪沉积、改善血液脂肪代谢指标、减缓肥胖所致全身炎性状况有关。Objective To observe the effect of compound preparation with Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and momordica charantia extracts and L-carnitine in obesity rats . Methods The obesity model in rats was established by feeding high fat diet. Obesity rats were treated with the compound preparation. The effect of the compound preparation was measured according to the following items : food intake, food energy efficiency , Lee' s index, visceral fat index, blood lipid profile, blood a-TNF and IL-6 concentration in rats. Results The compound preparation with Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Momordica Charantia Extracts and L-Carnitine could reduce not only body weight( P 〈 0.05 ) and Lee' s index ( P 〈 0.05 ) in obesity rat, but also food energy efficiency( P 〉0.05) ,it had little effect on food intake. Meanwhile, the compound prepa- ration increased blood HDL( P 〈 0. 05) and reduced blood TG (Triglyceride) and blood concentration of a-TNF and IL-6 ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions compound preparation with Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and momordica charantia extracts and L-carnitine had effect on weight reduction in obesity rats, and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of food energy efficiency, visceral fat deposition , obesity-related Inflammation and improvement of lipid metabolism.
