摘　　要：在我国,大部分女性对于产后避孕并不重视,这主要是由于一些错误的传统观念所致。指导女性产后避孕在降低产后意外妊娠率、提高妇女生殖健康水平方面具有重要意义。本文从产科专业角度来阐明产后避孕的重要性以及产科医生应如何做好产妇产后避孕的宣教和指导工作。In China, most of the postpartum women do not pay much attention to contraception. This was mainly due to some incorrect traditional conceptions. It was important to guide postpartum women to take contraception in order to lower unexpected pregnancy rate and to improve women＇ s reproductive health. We were going to clarify the significance of postpartum contraception in obstetrical professional perspective, and to discuss how to improve the advocacy and guidance work of postpartum contraception.
