肺心清胶囊对肺源性心脏病急性加重期疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的对比观察肺心清胶囊和丹葶肺心颗粒对肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者的疗效。方法200例慢性阻塞性肺疾病所致肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者随机分为2组，每组各100例，在采用西医治疗措施基础上，分别加用肺心清胶囊和丹葶肺心颗粒并按推荐剂量口服，疗程4周，对比观察两组临床疗效和对多系统器官功能损害的改善作用。结果两组的临床显效率、有效率、总有效率分别为51％、41％、92％和46％、43％、89％，组间统计学处理差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组对动脉血气（pH、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2）、血液流变学（全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞集聚指数、红细胞电泳指数、红细胞变形指数）、肺通气功能（FVC、FEV1.0、FEF25％75％、FEF75％、MVV）和肝肾功能（ALT、AST、Urea、Crea）观察指标均有明显改善作用，两组治疗前后对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05-P〈0．01）；但肺心清胶囊组的改善作用要好于丹葶肺心颗粒组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05-P〈0．01）。结论肺心清胶囊联合西医综合措施治疗肺源性心脏病急性加重期疗效较好，安全可靠，可作为肺源性心脏病急性加重期中西医结合治疗药物。Objective To observe the treatment effect of Feixinqing capsules on acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease, with comparison to that of Dantingfeixin granules. Methods 200 cases were enrolled with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）, and divided into two groups randomly with 100 cases in each group. Two groups were administrated with Feixinqing capsules or Dantingfeixin respectively for 4 weeks according to the recommended dose. We compare the clinical effect and the improvement of the damaged function of multiple systems and organs. Results The excellence ratio,effective ratio,and total effective ratio of two groups was 51%,41% ,92% and 46% ,43% ,89%. There was no significant difference （ P〉0. 05） ,there were obviously improved the arterial blood gases （pH, PO2, PCO2, SO2 ）, hemorheology, lung ventilate function（FVC, FEV1.0, FEF25%-75%, FEF75 %, MVV）, liver and kidney function （ALT, AST, Urea, Crea） for two groups. There were significant difference compare to before and after treatment for two groups （ P〈0.05- P 〈0.01）. But Feixinqing capsules group excel to Dantingfeixin granules group, there was significant difference （ P 〈0.05- P〈0.01 ）. Conclusions Feixinqing capsules produced a good treatment effect on patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease due to COPD on the basis of the western medlcine, and had a good safety.
