摘  要:MDR1所编码的P-糖蛋白是ABC蛋白家族成员之一,MDR1基因及其编码的P-糖蛋白不仅与耐药相关,更与多种疾病如炎症性肠病的易感性有关。MDR1基因的多态性与个体对药物的反应性以及某些疾病的易感性密切相关。本文就近几年有关MDR1 C3435T多态性对药物代谢动力学的影响、MDR1 C3435T与临床疾病易感性和发病机制相关性进行综述。The multi drug resistance 1 (MDR1) gene product P-glycoprotein (P gp) is a member of ATP-binding cassette transports. P-gp is recognized to be important in drug disposition and response since it express in certain tissues and the broad substrate specificity. Recently, a number of single- nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in MDR1 have been identified. However, the reported effects of MDR1 SNP on P-gp expression and transport activity have been inconsistent and, in some case, conflicting. In this review SNP in MDR1 and relation to P-gp tissue expression and respiratory diseases are discussed.
