摘 要:针对日益严重的风电系统电压无功问题,给出了多风电场接入地区无功控制的条件和基本思想,利用一个测量周期内的电压平均值作为判断无功控制是否动作的依据。从不同角度给出了较为简便的风电接入地区多个风电场间的无功协调分配方法,即系统自动化水平较低时,按风电场无功容量比例分配;系统自动化水平较高时,从系统网络约束和基本电气规律角度给出的线路潮流分布分配方法,及从接入地区网损角度给出的等网损微增率分配方法。三种分配方法只考虑风电接入局部的无功协调分配,以足量实现电网对风电场提出的无功调整量,计算简便。算例结果表明,所提方法正确可行,具有一定的实用性。The conditions and basic idea of reactive power control in multi-wind farms integrated region are proposed for solving the more serious issue of voltage and reactive power. The average voltage value in one period is used to judge whether the reactive power control acts or not. Then some simple cooperating distribution methods of reactive power among wind farms in wind power integrated region are proposed from different points of view. Namely, when system automation level is low, the method of distribution according to the wind farm capacities is introduced. On the contrary, when system automation level is high, the methods of distribution according to power flows and equal loss incremental are respectively given from the angle of system network constraints, basic electrical laws and loss in wind power integrated region. The distribution methods can meet the reactive power command of wind farm required by grid, only considering the cooperating distribution of reactive power in the wind power integrated region. Numerical results on actual system with integrated wind farms show that the methods proposed in this paper are effective, feasible and adaptive.
