摘  要:单过程夹点分析的加/减原则是根据系统的能量目标来指导工艺过程改进以提高热回收的指导性原则,类似于单过程的加/减原则,使用全局组合曲线、全局公用工程总组合曲线,建立全局夹点分析的加/减原则,用来指导全局中各个过程和公用工程改进以减少全局燃料消耗或增加联产功目标,这对于指导全局能量集成改善有重要意义;文中的应用实例证明了这一点。Using the plus/minus principle for single process in pinch analysis, the analysis principle──the plus/minus principle for total site are established. Applying site composite curves and site utility grand composite curve to establish the plus/minus principle of pinch analysis, it is effective to judge how the improvements in process and utility system affect the total fuel consumption and co-generation potential in the interaction between the total process and utility system. This has been tested by a case study and it shows the significant meaning of the established analysis principle for improving the process energy integration in the industry process.
