摘 要:本文采用液相化学法对不锈钢填料进行表面处理,并对处理前、后的填料抗腐蚀性能、传质性能进行了测试。结果表明:填料经综合处理后,其抗腐蚀性能、传质性能均有较大的提高。对于分离普通有机物以及高表面张力物系(如水溶液),其等板高度HETP分别下降约20%和30%。Stainless steel packings were treated by liquid chemical method and the performances of corrosion resistance and wettability as well as mass transfer efficiency of metal structured and dumped packings were further tested before and after treatment. It was shown that the treatment was quite effective to improve the ability of anti-corrosion and mass transfer efficiency of stainless steel packings. After surface treatment, the HETP of tested packings decreased about 20% and 30% in average for common organic system and high surface tension system such as aqueous solution respectively.
