摘 要:采用指甲油涂抹撕取法及石蜡切片法对椰子叶片的气孔进行观察,并比较5个椰子品种的叶片气孔器特征。观察发现,椰子气孔为轮列4细胞型,具有2个侧副卫细胞,2个端副卫细胞;5个椰子品种的气孔器密度、长度、宽度存在显著差异,其中小黄椰的气孔数目、气孔宽度值最大,本地高的气孔长度值最大。研究结果认为椰子叶片的气孔特征能否作为椰子抗性的鉴定指标尚待商榷。The stomatal characters of coconut leaves among five varieties were comparatively studied with nail polish and paraffin section methods. The results show that the stomata is tetracytic with four subsidiary cells, in which two are terminals and other two are laterals. There are significant differences in density, length and width of stomata among five varieties. The variety "Xiaohuangye" has the most and widest stomata, while "Hainan Tall" has the longest stomata. However, it is still needed further discussion that coconut stomatal characters could be or not the appraisal index of resistance.
